Zepher and Custom Interface

We have built and developed about 70,000 square feet of custom space on behalf of aerospace tenants at the Port of Klickitat. Our relationships with businesses and local public agencies have spurred new infrastructure projects in the surrounding industrial business park.

 

Zepher, a 23,000 square foot engineering and production facility designed by Surround Architecture, is a Washington State Certified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise. Total employee count is about 50 people, from manufacturing to high level operations and business development.

 

Custom Interface is a 45,000 square foot facility also used for design and manufacturing. Both buildings were designed with consideration for their physical relationship with Insitu, the Gorge’s largest aerospace company.
