Downtown Hood River severely lacks market rate for-rent housing. Our proposed project includes up to 75 apartment units, underground parking, and about 15,000 square feet of commercial space, both street-facing and rooftop. The design is spearheaded by Carrie Strickland of Works Progress Architecture and responds to a variety of issues including a historic context and the very sloped nature of the lot.
